Because the actual conditions, environments, and methods of product use are completely beyond our control, the user/buyer bears the sole and absolute duty to examine, test, and evaluate the products prior to integration or use. It is the buyer's exclusive responsibility to determine the suitability, safety, and effectiveness of the products for their intended application. The buyer assumes all risks, liabilities, and costs whatsoever associated with such testing, application, or use.
Limitation of Liability
In no event shall Industrial Webbing Corporation be liable for any injury, loss, or damage—whether direct, indirect, incidental, special, or consequential (including, but not limited to, loss of profits, facility downtime, labor costs, or destruction of third-party property)—arising out of the use of, or the inability to use, the products, regardless of the legal theory asserted.
Entirety of Agreement
No statement, marketing material, verbal representation, or recommendation not explicitly contained herein shall have any force or effect unless expressly set forth in a formal corporate agreement physically signed by an authorized officer of Industrial Webbing Corporation and the respective manufacturer.
