Shipping & Returns
You may return most new, unopened items within 30 days of delivery for a merchandise refund, less a 15% restocking fee. Please note that the original shipping charges are non-refundable, and the customer is responsible for return shipping back to Industrial Webbing Corporation.
Industrial Webbing Corporation will pay the return shipping costs only if the return is a result of a shipping error on our end, or if you received a defective item, etc..
All return requests must be pre-approved prior to the customer sending back the return. No returns will be accepted without an RMA number. If you need to return an item, simply login to your account, view the order using the "Complete Orders" link under the My Account menu and click the Return Item(s) button. We'll notify you via e-mail of your refund once we've received and processed the returned item. You may also email firstname.lastname@example.org to request a return.
You should expect to receive your refund within two weeks of giving your package to the return shipper, however, in many cases you will receive a refund more quickly. This time period includes the transit time for us to receive your return from the shipper (3 to 5 business days), the time it takes us to process your return once we receive it (3 to 5 business days), and the time it takes your bank to process our refund request (1 to 2 business days).

Orders with Standard Shipping typically take between 1-3 business days to be processed and shipped. Expedited orders placed before 2:00 p.m. ET (11:00 a.m. PT) will be shipped by the next business day. Weekends and holidays are not business days, and are therefore excluded from processing and shipping times, so please account for non-business days when choosing your shipping method. You will receive an email with tracking information when your order has been shipped.
Most orders ship via UPS at the level of shipping service you selected during check out. However, we do use FedEx, USPS and DHL where applicable.
Large orders may be palletized and shipped LTL motor freight via UPS Freight, FedEx Freight, or a shipper of your choice.
Collect shipping (shipping on your account) is available during checkout. However, Industrial Webbing Corporation reserves the right to verify the the status of the shipping account and our Customer Service team will notify you immediately regarding issues related to shipping on your account.
All shipments, collect or prepaid are F.O.B Boynton Beach, Florida. Ownership of products purchased from Industrial Webbing Corporation directly or from our website, industrialwebbing.com is transferred at the time of shipping.
